Metagone (Implant for Geographic Atrophy)

  • This is a Phase 1/2a study to evaluate the safety, tolerability and efficacy after one-time intravitreal implant administration of TO-O1007 in participants.
  • Study duration: 28 weeks

Malbec (Injection for Wet AMD)

  • This is a Phase 2/3 study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of intravitreal EYE201/MK-8748 compared to Aflibercept 2 mg in participants with neovascular age-related macular degeneration.
  • Study Duration: 2 years

CA201A — Eye Drops for Cataract Surgery Recovery

  • A Phase 2 study evaluating the safety and efficacy of CA201A eye drops compared with a vehicle-controlled, for the prevention of corneal endothelial cell loss in participants undergoing cataract surgery.
  • Study duration: 12 weeks
